Every week the WI1 team is quietly adding things behind the scenes to make running your business a bit easier. Most weeks that’s small polish you’ll never notice — but this week there’s one genuinely new capability that managers will find useful straight away, so we wanted to flag it here in plain English.
New: See what your team — human and AI — has actually been working on
If you manage a team in WI1, you can now see an activity log showing what your teammates have been working on, and when. That includes the people on your team, but it also includes any AI teammates you’ve set up in WI1 — the two show up side by side, so you get one straightforward view of who (or what) has been doing the work, rather than having to ask around or dig through separate tools.
How a small or medium business might actually use this:
- Check in on the whole team at a glance. Rather than pinging each person to ask “where are we with X?”, a manager can open the log and see what’s actually moved this week — from either a person or an AI teammate.
- See what your AI teammates have been quietly getting on with. If you’ve got an AI agent handling emails, drafting content, or running through a checklist of tasks, you can now see exactly what it’s touched and completed, the same way you’d check in on a human hire.
- Spot who needs a bit more support. If someone on your team has never opened the Kanban board or the invoicing page, that’s a much easier conversation to start (“have you tried X yet?”) than guessing.
- Sanity-check new starters — human or AI. When you bring on a new team member or switch on a new AI teammate, you can quietly check they’re finding their way around the system, rather than waiting for them to ask (or not ask) for help.
- Understand where the real work happens. Over time you’ll get a feel for which tasks your people handle and which ones your AI teammates are picking up — handy context when you’re deciding what to hand off next.
It’s a small addition, but it’s the kind of thing that turns “I think my team’s on top of X” into “I know they are” — whether “they” is a person or an AI teammate working alongside them.
