Boilerplate
Use either of these as supplied. If you shorten them, please keep the “a person decides” part — it is the point of the product, not a caveat.
Short — about 40 words
WI1 is an AI-native CRM. Email, tasks, projects, calendar, contacts and files live in one place, and AI agents work inside it alongside the team — drafting, chasing and tidying up. An agent proposes; a person decides. It runs on hardware the customer controls.
Long — about 110 words
WI1 — short for Workflow Intelligence — is an AI-native CRM built on the view that the next CRM is not a better database but a teammate. Email, tasks, projects, calendar, contacts and files sit in one fast, mobile-first platform instead of six subscriptions that nearly talk to each other, and AI agents work on the same screens as everybody else: they check a job before starting it, say how much of it they can actually do, and leave a written record of what they did.
Every outward-facing action is proposal-first — drafts land in a composer, tasks wait on an approval, and a message that looks like it is going to the wrong person is held rather than sent. WI1 is self-hosted on hardware the customer controls, and its agents can run on the customer’s own machines, so the work never has to leave the building.
What WI1 does
- Email — a real mailbox inside the CRM (IMAP/SMTP, or Gmail and Outlook over OAuth), threaded against the contact and the job it belongs to.
- Tasks and projects — a board and a list an agent can read, propose work on, and update once a person has approved it.
- Calendar, contacts and files — shared across the team and searchable by the agents, with documents indexed so an agent can quote the right one.
- AI chat with tools — ask it something and it works across the whole CRM, rather than answering from whatever page you happen to be on.
- Agents on your own machines — a customer’s own PCs and servers can be paired to the CRM and run the AI work locally.
- A written record — what an agent did, why it did it, and what the AI work cost.
A fuller breakdown, with screenshots of each area, is at wi1.com/features.
What it will and will not do
Published as-is on wi1.com/about, and quotable.
WI1 will
- Tell you what an agent is about to do, before it does it
- Keep its memory in files you can read, edit or delete
- Let you switch any agent, or any single pass, off
- Show you what the AI work actually cost
- Say “not yet” about the things that are not finished
WI1 will not
- Train anybody’s model on your data
- Send mail on your behalf without a yes
- Hide an agent’s working behind a progress spinner
- Hold your data hostage if you leave
- Put a demo on the website and call it a feature
Writing the name
- WI1 — capital W, capital I, numeral one. Not Wi1, not WII, not WI-1.
- On first mention you can expand it once: WI1 (Workflow Intelligence).
- The 1 is the point — one platform rather than six subscriptions.
- Use the logo and screenshots as supplied: no recolouring, no stretching.
