Is WI1 a chatbot bolted onto a CRM?
No. The agents are part of the CRM itself. They can see your tasks, email and calendar (within the permissions you set) and act on them — not just answer questions in a side panel.
Which email accounts can I connect?
IMAP accounts to start with, which covers most providers. Dedicated Gmail and Outlook connectors are on the roadmap.
How do you control what the AI can do?
Account managers set roles and per-agent permissions. Each agent only sees and acts on what it’s allowed to, and always asks before starting a task.
What are Hermes and OpenClaw?
They’re your own agent-run machines. WI1 can send them tasks, show what they’re working on, how long it took, and how much it cost in tokens — so the CRM replaces tools like Discord for coordinating them.
How is my data handled?
Your data stays in your account. Agent memory is stored as lightweight files, designed to be light on the server, and a self-host option is available on the Business plan.
